Delegates are not allowed to present their papers in Oral or Poster sessions.
Poster Presentation
Includes all mentioned registration features
Lunch, tea / coffee breaks during the conference days
Poster cards with number will be placed on the poster hall before one hour
of the session start
Each author will be provided with a 1 meter x 1 meter poster presenting area
and mounting pins / stick-tape. Participants are responsible for mounting
their posters during the presentation and in removing them as soon as the
session ends.
Best Poster awards will be announced during the closing ceremony of the
conference.
Accommodation
Accommodation rate includes full breakfast buffet and other services.
Accommodation package only includes room rent charges and rest all
incidentals would be charged extra.
Additional Services include Mini Gym, Out-door swimming pool.
Parking facilities are available for one at free of cost.
Check-In 2PM & Chek-Out 11AM.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat/Program Manager.
If the participant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer
his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund
arrangements apply: Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue,
Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy
is as following slabs:
Cancellations made 90 days before the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative processing fee
Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the conference start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the conference start date.
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to any another participant by notifying the respective Conference Secretariat in writing.
Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to the next edition of the conference or to another event organized by Inovine Scientific Meetings.
Registrations are transferable until August 17th, 2026 . Transfer requests received after August 17th, 2026 are not transferable.
Approved refunds will be processed and issued within two weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and
they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 45 days prior to
arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or
amend your accommodation. Inovine Conferences will advise the cancellation
policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your
booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
